1) Making surface free from all dust debris oil and other loose materials and cleaning the surface.
2) Manually cleaning with metal wire brush exposing the cracks if any and throwing away the debris.
3) Applying third coat of FOSROC (highly flexible upto of M/S FOSROC COATING & in the ( 1 kg FOSROC 200 ml water)

4) Filling of all cracks with S B R modifield polymer putty.
5) Making CANT STRIP with CM of 1:4 on all the corners (if required)
6) Chipping of surface to remove all dust & loose meterial for obtaining mother slab
7) Applying fourth coat of FOSROC (highly flexbile upto liquid of M/S FOSROC FINAL COATING admixed with cement & fine sand ratio.
Section C
Application of 1° t coat of TAPECRETE P151 acrylic based polymer coating.
8) Primer coat Nirmancrete : Cement slurry in the ratio of 1:2
9) Hollar of 2 to3 inch on vertical horizontal joints.
10) Applying first primer coat highly flexible upto liquid CIOCO TAPECRETE P151COATING
11) Reinforcement polyester glass fiber mesh 50gsm with an overlap of minimum 50 mi in second coat while first coat isgreen.
